Before we get started

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

A rough idea is enough. Tell me about your business, what takes too much time, or what you want customers to be able to do. We can work out what to build together.

Can you design it as well as build it?

Yes. I can start with your existing logo and brand, or help work out the design with you. If you already have designs, I can build from those too.

Do I need a website, an app or a dashboard?

A website helps customers find and contact you. An app can make repeat tasks, such as booking, easier. A dashboard helps your team manage information. We will choose based on what you need it to do.

What if I already have a website?

Send me the link and tell me what needs to change. We can discuss updating it, adding something new or rebuilding it, depending on what is already there.

Who owns the finished project?

You do, once payment is complete. The code, design files and project rights transfer to you, with a walkthrough at handover.

How much will it cost?

The price depends on what we are building and what it needs to do. After we discuss the details, I send a written quote. Share a budget if you have one so we can plan around it.

How long will it take, and what happens after launch?

A simple website can take one to two weeks. Larger websites, apps and dashboards take longer, with dates agreed in the quote. We also agree on hosting and any ongoing support before work starts.
